We think you’re going to love your YAZ. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We can accept returns even if the product is opened.
Returns are refunded to the original payment method.
The refund is calculated as such: Customer total order minus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer must pay the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Only U.S. & Canadian orders are eligible for exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
YAZ monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at YAZ’s sole discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
There's no cost for defective products.

International orders:
To be eligible for a refund, international orders will need to be returned at the customer’s expense within 60 days of purchase. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance: Support@yazcosmetics.com
Damaged Items
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents. Contact us as soon as possible at Support@yazcosmetics.com and include a photo(s) of the damaged item for assistance.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Promotions
We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
